Astar wows her guests with floral demonstrations and
lotions and potions
More than seven hundred dollars ($700.00) was raised for the Lowe Rescue Helicopter Service at Friday night’s function with Astar demonstration floral arrangements and lotions and potions and the Havelock North Function Centre.
The big ticket items that raised money for the Lowe Rescue Helicopter Service were an evening for four ladies with tapas and French bubbles at the new Delmonico’s Restaurant at the Viceroy Hotel in Napier, the Adashiko tubs of products with collagen, vouchers for any Host Accommodation motel in New Zealand and Astar’s very own flowers that were auctioned off.
Guests were treated to bubbles and canapés and a chat with Astar before, during and after the show.
“I am delighted we raised so much money for the local helicopter service and I hope my guests enjoyed their evening,” Astar said.
Astar made also pillows and showed visitors how to make a picture which was Marilyn Monroe out of canvas and a frame and gluing on Swarovski crystals as the earrings.
Astar loved visiting the Hawke’s Bay and found some great ideas to take back with her to use on the TV Show Good Morning.
Astar also be directed guests to her new website Astarsplace www.astarsplace.co.nz where she also presents great home entertaining ideas.
Astar is keen to come back to the Hawke’s Bay in the summer to give another demonstration.
