The winter season has brought a welcome surprise for a Lotto player in the small town of Reefton, after winning $2 million on Lotto’s First Division tonight.
 
The winning ticket was sold at ‘This That & Lotto’ in Reefton in the South Island.
 
Powerball was not struck this evening and has jackpotted to $12 million.
 
Strike was not struck tonight and has jackpotted to $1 million. 
 
Meanwhile, Penny from Auckland spun and won $100,000 on tonight’s Winning Wheel.
 
This week’s Winning Wheel ticket was sold at Tuakau Four Square in Tuakau. The serial number is 889-27130368-20XX.
 
All Lotto players are automatically in the draw to win the opportunity to spin Lotto’s Winning Wheel, regardless of the type of ticket they buy.
 
Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above winning stores should write their name on the back of the ticket and check it immediately at any Lotto outlet or online at MyLotto.co.nz
