This afternoon the Tauranga based TrustPower TECT Rescue Helicopter was called to a farm near Edgecumbe where a 20 year old Ohope man had fallen from his motocross while riding on a private track. He received a head injury as a result of the crash , he was stabilised at the scene by St John ambulance staff before being flown to Whakatane in a moderate condition.
