Kiwi Income Property Trust update – Wellington
buildings
Kiwi Income Property Trust confirms
that its Wellington buildings have only sustained minor
damage as a consequence of the 6.2 magnitude earthquake that
occurred in the Wellington region on Friday, 16 August 2013.
Inspections completed by structural engineers for The
Majestic Centre, Unisys House and Aurora Chambers, 44 The
Terrace and North City Shopping Centre indicate that any
structural damage observed is minor and that the structural
capacity of the buildings inspected is not considered to
have been significantly diminished.
