Houses are being removed from Te Moana road
in Waikanae to make way for the proposed Kapiti Expressway
which is still going through a legal challenge in the
Supreme Court
Protestors will be fronting up to the demolition crew at 10am on Thursday 31 October. The site is opposite Melt cafe where the houses have been fenced off for removal.
