Life Flight Transports Driver from a Serious Accident in
the Wairarapa
At approximately 6:30pm this this
evening the Life Flight Trust was responded to the Wairarapa
to Motor Vehicle Accident.
Life Flight responded in
the Westpac Rescue Helicopter with a Wellington Free
Ambulance Paramedic on board.
The Female driver in
her 20’s was the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle
that collided with another vehicle.
The Helicopter
was able to land on the road near the crash site.
The injured driver was being treated by the local
Ambulance crew and the local Fire Brigade. The driver had to
be cut out of her vehicle by the Fire Brigade.
The
female driver was transported to Wellington Hospital
Emergency Department in a Serious
condition.
