Customer Satisfaction Survey 2015

Stratford residents can expect to receive a copy of this year's Customer Satisfaction Survey over the next week.

Every year Stratford residents are invited to complete a survey which rates the satisfaction levels on services Council provides.

"I encourage all residents to complete the survey and return it to us as it provides us with invaluable information which tells us what we're doing well and helps to identify those areas where we can improve the services provided to our community," says Chief Executive Matt O'Mara.

Everyone who completes the survey, and provides their details, goes in the draw to win $150 worth of Stratford Business Association Vouchers.

Surveys can be posted or dropped off until 19 June 2015, 4.30pm. Along with the post, surveys can be completed online by visiting Council's website, www.stratford.govt.nz.

Responses from the surveys will be collated and analysed, with results from the survey being published later this year.
