60% of Alexandra Park stage one residential development now sold!

Alexandra Park’s much celebrated ‘223 Green Lane West’ urban village development is enjoying significant early success, says Alexandra Park CEO Dominique Dowding.

“I can report that 60% of Parkside, stage one of our residential development, is now sold. People love the lifestyle village concept and know it’s going to be great, so we’re seeing some real momentum,” says Ms Dowding.

She says positive feedback continually points to it being double grammar zone, the quality of the urban design and architecture, the beautifully-appointed high-studded and generously sized apartments, their freehold title status, the central iconic location as well as having Cornwall Park across the road.

“What we are offering people here is affordable luxury in a modern village environment with daily conveniences, boutique retail stores, restaurants and cafes, and great public open spaces,” says Ms Dowding.

Peter Evans, national director residential project marketing Colliers International, says demand for Alexandra Park has been overwhelming with Colliers achieving over $50 million in residential sales in less than two months.

“Parkside has a limited number of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses still available for sale. People are positively responding to the fact this is set to be a world-class master planned community which will be truly transformational.”

Mr Evans says analysis of whose buying shows Alexandra Park village community will be a mix of professional and mature singles and couples, young and mature families and empty nesters. What’s more, buyers are primarily from the local area with over 50% being from within 5km of Alexandra Park.
