Heritage Auckland Celebrates World Vegetarian and Vegan Days in a Delicious Way
With spring just around the corner and plant based foods aplenty, Heritage Auckland is involved with a number of special events. This weekend, on Sunday 13 September, Heritage Auckland’s award winning executive chef, Jinu Abraham, will present for the first time a vegan course to 200 of his peers at the annualFeast by Famous Chefs.
Then to mark World Vegetarian Day and kick off a month long focus on plant based dining, Heritage Auckland will stage a vegan/vegetarian five-course degustation dinner on Saturday 26 September in Hectors restaurant for $69 a person.
The celebrations continue when for World Vegan Day, Sunday 1 November, Hectors will host a special vegan high tea service of dainty treats with a hot beverage for $45 a person.
