The Auckland Ratepayers’ Alliance is welcoming the announcement from Victoria Crone that she will be standing for the Auckland Mayoralty next year. Ratepayers’ Alliance spokesperson, Jo Holmes, says:
“The two big challenges for the next mayor will be tackling the Council's spending and debt. Many of our members have expressed an appetite for a mayor with business acumen. We welcome Victoria Crone’s entry into the race."
