ZEALANDIA Celebrates 100,000th Visitor
Wellington, NZ – When Kathryn Jones
walked into Zealandia this morning she had no idea that the
staff would be celebrating her arrival. As the 100,000th
visitor since July 2015, Zealandia CEO Paul Atkins
congratulated her with a free private night tour the urban
ecosanctuary.
This is the first time that Zealandia has hit the magic 100k visitor mark, getting close over the 2014/15 year with 97,000. With a couple of months left until the end of the financial year, it's already a record-breaking season.
"It's a pretty big milestone for us, and we just wanted to share that excitement with the lucky number 100,000th visitor," said Ian Phillips, Commercial Development Manager at ZEALANDIA.
"I'm sure Kathryn will enjoy being able to see the sanctuary by day and night on her private tour."
