Harcourts celebrates best of the best in Christchurch region

For the fourth year in a row, Cameron Bailey has been crowned the top Harcourts sales consultant in the Christchurch region.

He attributes his success to hard work, knowing his market and treating every one of his clients as a VIP.

“It also comes down to having an amazing team. I have two incredible PAs and three experienced buyers agents. I really couldn’t do it without them.”

Cameron has lived in Christchurch all his life and works out of the Papanui branch.

“I love this city and know every corner of it. A genuine love of the area and the people who live here helps me do the very best for my clients.”

This is the winning formula that resulted in Cameron being named the top sales consultant in Christchurch at the Harcourts 2015/ 2016 End of Year Awards.

Harcourts CEO Chris Kennedy says around 80% of Cameron’s business is through referrals or repeat customers.

“That’s a sign of someone who understands how to put people first and achieve for them the very best results. Cameron Bailey is what Harcourts is all about. He’s been our top sales consultant in Christchurch for the past four years for good reason.”

Among the many other award recipients celebrated were top Rural Sales Consultant Gemma Roberts (Belfast), Top NAI Harcourts Commercial Sales Consultant James Stringer (Christchurch City Commercial) and Top Property Manager Murray Orr (Grenadier Accommodation Centre Ltd).

Chris Kennedy says real estate is a highly competitive industry, and each of the award recipients have excelled by incredible hard work and commitment to an outstanding client experience.

“I have absolute admiration for everyone we recognise at our End of Year awards. They are all a vital part of the reason Harcourts is New Zealand’s largest and most trusted real estate brand.”

The regional Harcourts 2015/2016 End of Year Awards precede the National Awards event to be held at the upcoming Harcourts Annual Conference at Auckland’s SKYCITY on 24th-25th of May. It is the largest real estate conference in New Zealand.
