HAVE-A-GO days

HAVE-A-GO days

We have an open invitation to our HAVE-A-GO days. Its an opportunity to join CanSurvive and CAn2 dragon boat teams - for well being, friendship, fun and fitness.

We are the Wellington Dragonboat teams of Breast Cancer Survivors and supporters who have had success both internationally and nationally.

Our open HAVE A GO DAYS for all comers to try the sport are:
Sundays - October 2 and November 2.
Meet at Frank Kitts Lagoon, on either or both of these Sunday mornings at 9.30 am.
All equipment and instruction will be provided, as well as a morning tea afterwards to meet the team.

We paddle regularly on Wellington Harbour throughout the spring, summer and autumn.

It's a great way to get back into physical shape, as a breast cancer survivor, and also to enjoy the camaraderie and support of women with similar experiences.
Our second team - Can2 - of non-BC women supporters, and beginner BC survivors may be either new to the sport, or more keen for social paddling, or in training to join our internationally competitive team CanSurvive.

For more information you can register via email - cansurvivedragonboatteam@gmail.com, or like and register on our Facebook Page event - Cansurvive Dragon Boat Team NZ, or website cansurvive.co.nz or contact via PO Box 713, Wellington OR PHONE 021 1838326
