Bus travel has come a long way over the past few years.
Modern day bus transportation provides travellers with convenience and comfort for long-haul journeys across the country. One of the key areas of change is the frequency in which services are provided, gone are the days where there would be only one daily service. This week’s release of a new summer timetable from ManaBus.com, along with its sister provider nakedbus.com, gives travellers increased convenience and options for travel throughout their New Zealand network. The operators have confirmed that additional services have been added to their destinations, including 10 services between Auckland and Whangarei.
ManaBus.com have strived to challenge the perception of bus travel of old by investing heavily in their modern fleet. Double-decker buses are the flagship of the fleet, providing travellers with an expansive view of the stunning New Zealand scenery on their journey whilst enjoying the added benefit of free Wi-Fi onboard.
Amongst the launch of their summer timetable, ManaBus.com have also released a limited number of $1 fares to celebrate the occasion. "Our double-deckers have industry leading motors that burn fuel more efficiently, leading to a more environmentally friendly operation. This combined with the fact we can sell 65 seats means travellers are paying significantly less. We also only charge a $1 booking fee which is cheaper than most other operators in the market" says ManaBus.com CEO Sheryll Otway.
