Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferry Update
9.30am 15 November
2016
Strait Shipping's Bluebridge Cook Strait Ferry service will continue to operate today on a limited schedule following Monday morning's earthquake.
The ferry service resumed sailings from Wellington at 8.45pm last night.
Bluebridge is operating with limited shore based facilities – including no toilets, no running water, no phone lines and the Picton passenger terminal remains closed.
A single ship schedule is operating until a second berth becomes available in Wellington.
Onboard facilities, however, are fully operational.
