Changes to Australian Visa Application Services
MEDIA RELEASE: Changes to Australian Visa Application and Biometric Collection Services on the South Island
On 24th February 2017, the Australian Visa Application Centre in Queenstown will cease daily Monday to Friday operations and will be replaced by a one day per week operation alternating between Queenstown and Dunedin.
The Queenstown pop up Visa Application Centre will operate from the existing address on every second Monday commencing 27th February 2017. A new pop-up Visa Application Centre in Dunedin will operate also on every second Monday commencing 20th February 2017:

The Dunedin and Queenstown services will be by appointment only, and will attract a pop-up VAC fee in addition to the existing TTS service fee.
To book an appointment for either Dunedin or Queenstown, please visit www.ttsaustralia.com/xxx. Please note that you must pay the TTS service fee and pop up fee via our secure payment gateway in order to confirm your booking. Fees (in New Zealand Dollars) per application are as follows:

Please note: these fees are in addition to the Australian Government Visa Application Charge applicable to the visa for which you are applying.
In addition to Queenstown and Dunedin, visa applicants have the option of submitting their visa applications and/or providing their biometric information at our Visa Application Centre in Auckland and existing pop-up centres in Christchurch (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and Wellington (Thursdays and Fridays).
