2 Missions for the Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter
The Palmerston North Rescue Helicopter was dispatched Waiouru this afternoon at around 4:30pm for a man who was injured after being impaled on a branch. He was stabilised by St John paramedics before being airlifted to Whanganui Hospital. Immediately after the helicopter was dispatched back to Waiouru for a man who sustained back injuries in an unrelated incident. He was airlifted to Palmerston North hospital.
