Capsule Opening – from the building formerly known as St
Albans Library and St Albans Community Resource

The Papanui-Innes Community Board, along with the Community, will open the time capsule that was recovered when the St Albans Community Resource Centre was demolished after the Christchurch Earthquakes.
The Board will be joined by students from the St Albans Primary and St Albans Catholic Schools and community representatives from the St Albans History group, St Albans Residents’ Association and St Albans Business Association.
