Council phones unavailable Thursday evening for upgrade
All of our phone lines, including our Customer Services contact line 07 868 0200, will be unavailable for a period between 5-7pm on Thursday 6 December while we upgrade our telephone system.
The outage could be a few minutes or it could be a bit longer, but we don't expect it to extend beyond 7pm.
