Man Who Escaped Police Custody In Hamilton Arrested

The 24-year-old who escaped Police custody in Hamilton on Monday has been located and arrested.

He was taken into custody at a residential property in Te Awamutu without incident around 5pm this evening.

Charges are yet to be confirmed.
