Fatality Confirmed In Riverton Crash

Police can confirm one person died following a crash in Riverton this morning.

The two-car crash on Palmerston Street happened shortly before 8:30am.

Four people were also seriously injured as a result.

Palmerston Street remains closed between Princess and Napier Streets while officers from the Serious Crash Unit examine the scene.
