Man Dies At Whangamatā
Police and ambulance were called to Whangamatā Beach
around 4:45pm today to
reports a man was in trouble in
the water.
He was brought from the water by another person, and CPR was commenced.
Unfortunately, he was not able to be revived.
Police will make inquiries into the death on behalf of the Coroner.
