Arrests following Tauranga Historic Village fire
A 29-year-old man and a 33-year-old man have been arrested
in relation to a
fire at the Tauranga Historic Village
last month.
The two local men have been charged with arson
and are due to appear in the
Tauranga District Court
today.
The fire caused significant damage to a building on the property.
Police are not looking for anyone else in
relation to the incident, however
enquiries remain
ongoing.
Police would like to thank the public who have
assisted in the
investigation.
