Road Closed For Fire In Rotorua - Bay Of Plenty

Emergency services are responding to a fire at a motel on Fenton Street, Rotorua which was reported around 4:40pm.

All occupants have evacuated the building and one person is in a moderate condition.

The road will be closed while emergency services attend the scene and diversions are in place.
