Further Appeal: Have You Seen Brent Falakino?
Police continue to ask for the public's help finding Brent Falakino, 60, who has been missing in the Waikanae Beach area since yesterday evening.
Brent was sighted near Victor Weggery Reserve in the early hours of this morning, and Police and LandSAR continue to search for him in the wider area.
He is described as being of a medium build with grey shoulder length hair and a beard.
He was last seen wearing a dark grey sweatshirt, grey trackpants and black sports shoes.
He was also seen carrying a plain blue blanket which may have been noticed by the public.
We continue to be concerned for his wellbeing and ask anyone who has seen him or who has information about where he might be to get in touch.
