Update - Serious Crash, SH 29, Matamata - Waikato
Police can confirm three people have died following the
earlier crash on SH
29, Matamata this
evening.
Police were notified of the crash shortly after 5.30pm.
There are no other reported injuries at this time.
The Serious Crash Unit is examining the scene.
The road expected to remain closed for several
more hours. Diversions are in
place, and motorists are
asked to avoid the area and expect
delays.
