2023 Canterbury All Ford Day Sure To Impress And Delight!

The Canterbury Mustang Club on behalf of Ford Clubs and enthusiasts present their 2023 All Ford Day, to be held at Wigram Air Force Museum on Sunday 19th February from 10am until 2.30pm.

A great day out for families, those wanting to relive cars of their youth and of course car and Ford enthusiasts, there will be something for everyone. Fords from all eras and countries including classic, performance, exotic and specialty vehicles, many of which are seldom seen will be on display, alongside Local Ford club vehicles and new Ford models. Visitors can meet and talk to the owners and other fans.

Some vehicles are for sale, so if you are interested in joining a club, buying or selling an interesting Ford then it will be the perfect place to make the dream a reality.

A fun and inexpensive day out with an excellent display of vehicles, live music, a model aircraft flying display, market stalls, Inter-club competitions, raffles, prizes, food trucks and refreshments, children and adults alike will leave with smiles on their faces.

Canterbury Mustang Owners Club captain Dennis O’Brien describes the charities to benefit from the entry fees ($5 per car for exhibitors, $5 per person/$10 per carload for spectators, children 12 years and under free): “We chose to support Grandparents raising Grandchildren, a local charity many people can relate to and where our contribution will make a big difference. We will also be donating to Base Youth Café Charitable Trust, which provides a safe environment and supports youth development in Ashburton, an area where many of our members are based.”

Also taking place on this exciting, high-powered weekend is a Ford car run on Saturday 18th Jan, meeting in the Air Force Museum Car Park at 4pm for a 4.15pm departure. This is open to all Ford vehicle owners and is a chance to drive in convoy and provide a moving display to the public.
