Motorists are advised to avoid Carrington Road in Mt Albert following a
crash.

Police were called around 6:55pm to a crash involving a single vehicle
hitting a power pole.

Those in the vehicle are out and do not appear badly injured, however the
pole is leaning and there are wires across the road.

Contractors have been advised, and until the scene is made safe, Carrington
Road is blocked between Segar Ave and Tasman Ave.
