Name Release, Fatal Crash Hampden Near Moeraki
Police can now release the name of the woman who died following a crash on SH1 at Hampden on Sunday 13 July.
She was 20-year-old Tessa Elizabeth Macintosh Sheild, of Marlborough.
Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this difficult time.
Police and Tessa's family would like to acknowledge local police staff and members of the public who assisted at the crash site.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash remain ongoing.
