Serious Crash, George Bolt Memorial Drive, Auckland Airport
Travellers heading to Auckland Airport should allow extra time after a serious three-vehicle crash that has blocked George Bolt Memorial Drive.
The crash was reported about 4am and happened on George Bolt Memorial Drive, near the intersection with Tom Pearce Drive.
One person has serious injuries and diversions are in place. The airport’s domestic and international terminals can still be accessed via the diversions, but people should allow extra time due to congestion.
The Serious Crash Unit is in attendance and Police thank members of the public for their understanding.
