12.50pm – Fallen tree closes SH88 in Dunedin
Roading teams are working to clear a fallen tree on Dunedin’s State Highway 88/Anzac Avenue that has forced the closure of the road between Frederick Street and Harrow Street.
The fallen tree is one of several events linked to strong winds that are impacting much of the South Island at present.
Road users should avoid this closed section of State Highway 88/Anzac Avenue and use alternative routes.
An update will be provided as the road status changes. Stay up to date our Journey Planner site.
