UPDATE: 6.30pm – SH7 To Remain Closed Overnight

State Highway 7, between the turn-off to Hanmer Springs and Springs Junction (including Lewis Pass), will remain closed overnight due to erosion/scouring of the highway and flooding.

The situation is due to be reassessed tomorrow morning.
