Grab Your Ticket To Marlborough’s Summer Music Events
A packed lineup of music events over February and March is calling Marlburians to get out, buy tickets and support the region’s summer music scene.
Samantha Young, Council’s Events & Community Partnerships Manager said there is something for everyone.
“Alongside our major staple events like the Marlborough Wine & Food Festival this Saturday 14 February and the Havelock Mussel & Seafood Festival on Saturday 14 March, there is a fantastic range of smaller gigs and festivals on offer.”
Upcoming highlights include:
- Young Moon - Nelson/Blenheim based indie rock band - Friday 13 February at the Anderson Theatre (ASB Theatre)
- The Bats - iconic NZ band - Saturday 21 February at the Anderson Theatre (ASB Theatre)
- Love-All boutique festival with DJ Benny Salvador - Saturday 28 February at Barewood Garden, near Seddon
- Framingham Harvest Concert, Friday 6 March, Renwick
- Fruit Loop Music Festival with DJ Dick Johnson and support, Saturday 28 March, The Fancy Cow, near Blenheim
- Various music performances in other venues including Brayshaw Park Chapel, the Queen Charlotte Tavern and Le Café, Picton.
