TVNZ Chairman Welcomes Two Board Appointments
TVNZ Chairman, Ross Armstrong, has welcomed the appointment of two new members to the Board of Television New Zealand.
"Stephen Walker will bring strong financial skills to the Board which will be essential as the company grapples with the challenges of an ever more competitive media environment," he says.
"Paul Smith has had a considerable interest and involvement in the media industry for many years, along with a passion for public broadcasting - skills and knowledge which will be valuable on the Board of TVNZ."
The next meeting of the TVNZ Board will be on Thursday, 25 May.
