Bendon Group Appoints New Director

Bendon Group has appointed Trevor Kerr, a partner of merchant bank, Clavell Capital, as a director of its board, effective from 27 September 2000.

Mr Kerr currently holds a number of directorships, including chairman of Cerebos Greggs Ltd in New Zealand, Cerebos Australia Ltd, and Dominion Salt Ltd, and as a director of AMI Insurance and Fuelquip Limited.

In the past he has held directorships in the apparel and retail industries, including with LWR (Lane Walker Rudkin) for 11 years and Apparel Holdings Ltd, owners of Warehouse Clothing.
