There was moderate trading on the New Zealand Futures & Options Exchange today involving 2895 futures and 800 options contracts traded with a face value of NZ$1.84 billion.
The June-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 9 points at 9437 (5.63%) and the Sept-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 13 points at 9443 (5.57%). The Dec-01 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 12 points at 9434 (5.66%) and the Mar-02 90 Day Bank Bill Contract settled down 9 points at 9410 (5.90%).
The June-01 Three Year Government Stock Futures Contract settled down 13 points at 9398 (6.02%) and the June-01 Ten Year Government Stock Futures Contract settled down 16 points at 9343 (6.57%).
The June-01 NZSE-10 Share Index Futures Contract settled up 8 points at 971.
The April-01 Electricity Futures Contract closed at $57.50 M/wh.
