ZFREE Goes Shopping
A quarter of a million Kiwis will gain free access to New Zealand’s leading online shopping service through a deal between CLEAR Communications and Go-Shopping.co.nz.
CLEAR Communications’ free Internet provider ZFREE and Go-Shopping.co.nz have signed a deal to provide the shopping channel of the ZFREE.co.nz portal.
ZFREE’s 250,000 members will gain complementary membership of Go-Shopping.co.nz, the site that lets member’s shop online without having to use their credit card.
Go-Shopping.co.nz uses the secure electronic payment system NetFusion that allows shoppers to buy online without transmitting their credit card details over the Internet.
Go-Shopping.co.nz has the added advantage of a single payment checkout. Shoppers can visit any number of stores online, but only pay once when they leave the site. The individual purchases, however, are itemised when they receive their statement.
CLEAR’s Product Marketer of eMarketing Michael White said the new service offered added value for ZFREE customers.
“ZFREE is all about giving people lowest cost access to the Internet and the cost saving opportunities that offers.”
Go-Shopping.co.nz founder, Kerry Gordon said both organisations were working to provide a complete shopping experience.
“It’s great to work with a brand that understands the power of the Internet to allow customers to achieve savings,” he said.
