Grey power are alarmed at the reported delays in payment for operations that have affected our elderly, and most of these people have already experienced the horrendous fee hike that occurred when reached the age of 65 years (by this time these people on a fixed income from Superannuation ) Some of these people have been long time members of Southern Cross in many cases decades.
John Jefferson Grey Power National President insists that this present debacle be resolved without any further delays, any extra costs incurred by members having to arrange finance be reimbursed for any interest charges caused by this delay.
