Minter Ellison Rudd Watts - A Proud Supporter Of The Trade Liberalisation Network

Minter Ellison Rudd Watts is proud to announce that it has become a member and sponsor of the recently-established Trade Liberalisation Network (the TLN).

We are also delighted that the TLN has also appointed Minter Ellison Rudd Watts as its legal advisors.

The TLN is an incorporated society led and supported by New Zealand's key export interests that will promote informed public debate, and will champion the benefits to New Zealand of trade liberalisation.

Because we support the objectives of the TLN and its members, Minter Ellison Rudd Watts has agreed to provide the TLN with legal and other support. We have also joined as a member of the Network - the first, and so far the only, law firm to have done so.

One of our Senior Associates, Murray Denyer, has also been invited to join a small group of TLN member experts which meets regularly to discuss topical trade policy issues. Before joining Minter Ellison Rudd Watts, Murray was a senior international trade law adviser at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and represented New Zealand in dispute settlement at the WTO. Murray has also joined the TLN as an individual member.
