NAVMAN Creates Marketing Dept; Appoints Head.

NAVMAN NZ Ltd continues its expansion plans, with the completion of a new marketing department in its Auckland offices. Tony Thorburn has been appointed Marketing Communications Services Manager.
Mr Thorburn has a print and web development background, with more than 22 years experience in the media industry in New Zealand and the UK.
He will head up the Marketing Communications Services Department, which will develop promotional material, technical manuals, point of sale and exhibit graphics, as well as the website for NAVMAN activities worldwide.
NAVMAN develops, manufactures and distributes marine, personal GPS and fleet management products, and is one of NZ's fastest growing electronics companies with revenues predicted to top $NZ100m in 2002- 2003. It is also this year's winner of the Trade NZ Supreme Exporter Award.
NAVMAN employs over 220 staff globally in USA, Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand.
