Vertex Share Offer Closes Fully Subscribed
The offer of 29,755,944 shares in Vertex Group Holdings Ltd at $2.05 per share has closed fully subscribed.
Vertex Group Holdings Ltd is the parent company of Vertex Pacific Ltd, New Zealand’s leading manufacturer of plastic packaging and plastic componentry.
The issue was underwritten by the lead manager JBWere (NZ) Limited. The Co-Lead Manager was UBS Warburg New Zealand Ltd.
A spokesman for JBWere said the offer had been well supported, and shares had been allocated to a spread of institutional and retail investors.
Trading of Vertex shares is expected to commence through the NZSE on Monday.
The securities have been accepted for listing by the New Zealand Stock Exchange and will be quoted upon completion of allotment procedures, However, the Exchange accepts no responsibility for any statement in this advertisement.
