Centre 100% Leased
Kiwi Income Properties Limited, the
Manager of the Kiwi Income Property Trust, announced today
that its flagship commercial property, the Royal &
SunAlliance Centre, Shortland Street, Auckland, has now
reached 100% occupancy.
The previously remaining 868 square metres of office space on Level 37 has been taken by two New Zealand owned businesses of a very high calibre and who will complement the already impressive directory board of tenants.
The Chief Executive of the Trust, Angus McNaughton, advised that, “Kiwi is very pleased to have completed the leasing of the Centre which represents the final milestone in the development of this landmark building, bringing an asset of the very highest quality to the Kiwi portfolio.”
