Waltus Property Management Name Change
Waltus Property Management Name Change
The Directors of Waltus Property Management Limited and Waltus Corporate Management Limited today announced that the company names will change to reflect the new Urbus Properties branding.
As from 1 March 2003, the names will change to Urbus Property Management Ltd and Urbus Corporate Management Ltd.
Director Shayne Hodge said the companies were managing only Urbus Properties and had no work with Waltus, so it was entirely appropriate that the names changed from Waltus to Urbus.
The property management companies were created to manage the properties owned by the Waltus syndicates.
Mr Hodge said that now that most of the syndicates have merged to form Urbus Properties, the management companies would be dealing only with Urbus-owned properties.
“This will have no material impact on our
business or our investors, but it is important that having
made the move out of syndication into a corporate structure,
we bring the other elements of our on-going business into
line with our corporate branding,” Mr Hodge
said.
