42 BELOW initial public offering fully subscribed
New Zealand premium spirit maker 42 BELOW has closed its initial public offering fully subscribed. The company advised that some applications, from those who did not receive firm allocations, would be returned.
The company’s board met today and confirmed that following allocation there are in excess of 2,800 shareholders.
If applicants wish to check their allocation they should consult their broker or Computershare Registry.
The 42 BELOW board confirmed that the company would list on Wednesday, October 15, 2003.
Chief Vodka Bloke Geoff Ross said the company was pleased to have raised the capital necessary to expand into export markets.
“We’re delighted the offer has gone well, we’re looking forward to implementing our business plans and focusing on delivering.”
Mr Ross suggested that while the
focus would be getting on with the job, shareholders and the
company had earned a small celebration, and that the
appropriate way to mark the listing on Wednesday was with a
bottle of 42 BELOW Vodka or SOUTH Gin - or
both!
