New Work Studio Architects Scoop Awards
New Work Studio Architects Scoop Architecural Awards
Again!
Wellington firm New Work Studio Architects Limited have received three New Zealand Institute of Architects Local Awards for Architecture for the second year running.

Breaker Bay House
At the awards ceremony on Thursday they scooped the pool with their outstanding residential projects - houses in Brooklyn and Breaker Bay, and a large farm homestead near Martinborough.
Judges called the Brooklyn House a "deceptively elegant contemporary dwelling, which challenges what can be expected of a house. It is a disciplined and striking piece of architecture."
The Wairarapa Farmhouse was described as "a carefully detailed and spacious addition that flows effortlessly onto a beautiful external living space." A special feature is a large underground cellar.
And the Breaker Bay House was called "a seaside gem befitting the weather beaten Breaker Bay location."
New Work Studio's repeat awards performance
reinforces their position as one of Wellington's leading
architectural firms, specialising in innovative residential
projects. They have now won more than a dozen architectural
awards in the past four years.
