Due Diligence

Richmond Limited and Canterbury Meat Packers have agreed to a further extension of the due diligence period in relation to the Waitotara lamb plant from 30 January 2004 until 20 February 2004.

Negotiations continue to advance in a positive manner however there are still issues that require further time to be resolved.

These discussions continue in a positive vein and we anticipate having negotiations concluded before 20 February 2004.
