A new Human Resources Director got down to business this week at Carter Holt Harvey, Australasia’s leading wood fibre processing company with 10,500 employees.
She is Christine Parker, formerly Director of Human Resources for Restaurant Brands Ltd. Christine has previously held senior HR roles within Fletcher Challenge and the Automobile Association.
Her responsibilities include strategy and organisational development, HR operations, Mariner 7 (the company’s specialist HR business), Industrial Relations and leading a team of HR consultants for the company’s operations in both New Zealand and Australia.
