Privy Council rules on GPG v Perry litigation
9 March 2004 - This morning the Privy Council determined that it would not grant GPG leave to appeal the decision of the Court of Appeal in relation to the GPG v Perry litigation.
That decision brings this litigation to an end, and means
that the unanimous decision of the Court of Appeal that
Perry was not in breach of its disclosure obligations under
the Securities Markets Act
stands.
