New Partner at Kensington Swan
Kensington Swan has boosted the strength of its growing Auckland property law division with the appointment of new partner, Wei-Ling Lim.
Wei-Ling Lim’s dual skill set of construction and property law is unusual, few law firms can offer a specialist in both of these key areas, which cover legal offerings for major contracts and tenders in the infrastructural, utilities and construction fields.
Ms Lim’s extensive property and construction experience during her time with some of New Zealand’s other major law firms covered a diverse range of clients and a wide range of work.
Kensington Swan is one of New Zealand's largest and longest-established law firms employing 36 partners and over 100 specialists in offices in Auckland and Wellington.
