Station And Programme Manager Appointed C4

Wednesday, July 14, 2004

Andrew Szusterman Appointed Station And Programme Manager Of C4

Andrew Szusterman has led the programming efforts of C4 and has been largely responsible for the on-air direction of the channel since the channel’s launch in October 2003. His efforts, along with those who work with him, are responsible for the huge success of C4, making it New Zealand’s most watched music television service.

As the channel approaches its first anniversary, C4 continues to lead the country in innovation and youth entertainment, recently launching an MTV block of programming which is proving hugely popular with the channel’s target audience. In the coming year, expansion of the hours of operation is planned, along with more new and innovative programming.

It is, therefore, very appropriate to recognise Andrew’s work by moving him into a more senior management role, that of C4 Station and Programme Manager. This recognition and new role will provide Andrew and his team with the ability to grow the channel further.

Andrew will continue to have overall responsibility for the channels programming, and will now also focus on the marketing as well as working closely with sales to ensure revenue growth.

The promotion is effective immediately.
